Yes. Most design firms hand your project to a third-party manufacturer once the drawings are done; we don't. Because production lives in the same building as engineering, the transition from prototype to volume is faster, design-for-manufacturing feedback is immediate, and there is no finger-pointing between separate vendors when something needs to change.

We work across medical and life sciences, industrial and automation, IoT and connected devices, consumer electronics, aerospace and defense, and energy and power. The common thread is custom electronics that have to be reliable, manufacturable, and brought to market on a real schedule.

Yes — that is the core of what we do. A typical engagement moves from concept and system design, to a working prototype (EVT), through design validation (DVT) and production validation (PVT), and into volume manufacturing. Because the same team designs and builds the product, scaling up does not mean re-qualifying a new supplier.

You receive a complete, manufacturing-ready design package: schematics, PCB layout and Gerber files, a bill of materials (BOM), assembly drawings, fabrication and drill files, design-rule-check reports, and firmware source where applicable. You own the design, the documentation, and the IP.

Our engineering and manufacturing operations are in Addison, Illinois, in the Chicago metro area. We work with clients across the United States — most collaboration happens over shared design reviews and files — while keeping design and build domestic.
